No re-entry: It’s not possible to exit the Autotron and re-enter during the event.

Entry is restricted to visitors aged 18 and over. No exceptions will be made. Please make sure to bring a valid form of identification.

All tickets must be personalized. The name on the ticket will not be checked at the entrance, so it’s not a problem if all tickets are in your name.

How does personalization work?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email from Paylogic as soon as your tickets are ready to be personalized. For each visitor, you will need the following information:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Gender
• Date of birth
• City of residence

Once the personalization process is complete, the tickets will automatically be sent by email.

Only purchase tickets through our official ticket shop.

Please note: there are fake social media accounts attempting to sell tickets. Do not buy tickets from these accounts.

Can’t make it to the event? You can easily and safely sell your tickets through TicketSwap, even if your tickets haven’t been issued yet. Here’s how:

• Open your Paylogic confirmation email
• Click “Manage Order”
• Go to “More Actions”
• Select “Sell on TicketSwap”
• Follow the steps on the TicketSwap website

You can have your ticket scanned either from your mobile phone or as a printed copy.

If you choose to print your ticket, please use A4 paper. A black-and-white print is perfectly fine.

If you’re using your phone, make sure your screen brightness is set to maximum so the QR code can be scanned easily at the entrance.

It is not possible to request a refund. If you can no longer attend, you can safely sell your ticket through TicketSwap.

Inside Autotron, you’ll find a variety of food stalls offering snacks, full meals, vegetarian and gluten-free options. There are also several bars where you can purchase drinks. Payment is made using tokens.

Visit our merchandise stand on the event site for exclusive merchandise, including T-shirts, hand fans, accessories and more.

Need a moment to recharge? Head to the Chill Area to relax, unwind, and enjoy some food and drinks at your own pace.

Tokens are available for purchase at the token desks and token machines throughout the event site. They can be used to pay at all food stalls and bars.

There are plenty of toilet facilities available throughout the event site.

The event is accessible to visitors with disabilities. Accessible facilities are available throughout the venue, and our crew is happy to assist wherever needed.

Upon entry, you will receive a recycling token. Hand it in when ordering your first drink to receive a cup, bottle or can. Please return your empty cup with every new drink order. If you no longer have your cup, an additional half token will be charged for a new one.

Lost something? Visit the locker desk for the event’s Lost & Found. All found items will be listed on iLost within 3–5 days after the event.

A professional first aid station is available on site. If you think someone may need medical assistance, please notify a member of the event crew immediately.

If you need to bring medication, please make sure you have a valid doctor’s certificate with you. Unfortunately, medication cannot be brought into the event without official documentation. Security staff will check this at the entrance.

Protecting your hearing is important. Earplugs are available for purchase at the merchandise stand.

There are plenty of free water stations available throughout the venue, where you can refill your bottle and stay hydrated.

A Zero Tolerance policy applies. The possession or use of drugs and other narcotic substances is strictly prohibited, including soft drugs.

Security staff will carry out checks at the entrance and throughout the event site. If prohibited substances are found, entry will be refused and, depending on the quantity, the police may be notified.

Security carries out strict checks at the entrance. The following items are not permitted:

• Sound equipment (horns, speakers, etc.)
• Weapons and sharp or dangerous objects
• Drugs (including soft drugs) and nitrous oxide
• Glassware, umbrellas, plastic bottles, and cans
• Fireworks and explosives
• Chains (excluding jewelry)
• Provocative or discriminatory symbols or expressions
• Clothing or items with provocative or football-related text
• Animals (with the exception of official service dogs)

• Phone
• Small handbags
• Jewelry and standard accessories
• Wallet, coat, and/or sweater
• Small deodorant (no aerosols)
• Makeup
• Hand fan
• Cigarettes (max. 1 pack per person)
• E-cigarette (max. 1 per person)
• Hearing protection
• Power bank
• Chewing gum
• Medical aids (such as crutches)
• Personal daily items

It is not permitted to bring any liquids into the venue. Security staff will carry out bag checks and security screenings.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Cigarettes are not sold during the event.

The use of digital cameras, video cameras, and action cams (such as GoPro) is not permitted. You are allowed to take photos and videos with your phone.

Professional photo, video, or audio equipment is only allowed with pre-approved press accreditation. If you have not received official permission by email, you may not bring professional equipment onto the premises.

Promotion is prohibited on and around the event grounds. This will be strictly enforced. For promotional opportunities, please contact the organization.
